Tree down on permissive bridleway blocking path that is accessed from W Common Road

The path is no longer passable as the fallen tree is completely blocking the bridle way.

10/12/24 tree is still down and completely blocking the permissive bridleway. Please can this be resolved ASAP pls. Thanks
