Seymour Road corner leading on to Stapleton Road is a garbage Hot spot. Please clear

The nan in the black trousers came from Byron Street and placed a full black garbage bag on the corner of Stapleton Road and walked across the street like nothing. I believe people fly tip because there is always rubbish everywhere on Stapleton Rd BS5.

Please can rubbish be cleared away It’s really bad
