Sand has been placed by the council in this section in the last week 22nd of Nov 2024. The result has been to produce a complete mess on our driveway and pavement. This leaves a mess on our driveway every day as the sand is pushed backwards and forwards. The solution should have been hard core not sand. Can this be cleaned up and fixed because this is ruining the tyres on our car and means we drag this mud into our house everyday on our shoes. Many thanks.

    FixMyStreet ref: 6800240 has been closed when only a partial resolution has been achieved. Bothe block pavement and pathway has been reported as broken. It was agreed with the H.Highways that a block pavement and tarring of the section next to it would be implemented. However only the block pavement has been implemented which will eventually crack again as vehicles drive over it. This job now dates back to Nov 2024 and still no complete resolution to this has been provided and yet it has been closed which incorrect. We are waiting for both jobs to be completed.
