17 bin bags have been abandoned on this location today and it’s not bin day. 14 bags this evening bt 19:45 and 23:30 hrs Reported problem last week same location but this is clearly commercial eg takeaway rubbish (report made to mic website but no photo so attached a photo, I tidied up the mountain of rubbish so I could at least turn into the alley with my works vehicle
