Pots holes galore and no road edges

The while road has no edges... they are getting worse and worse. Flooding is horrendous. Hundreds of cars use this strip to get to a school. There are very few passing points that are safe..just ditches or hidden holes. Todays report at least to cars needed new tyres from breakdown and I required towing out. Will take car up ramp tomorrow to see damage. My incident meant no cars could enter or exit this road as the other end was also closed. No hope for emergency services had there been a need.
