Junction of Stannerhouse Lane and Betchton Road

Rainfall causes flooding of Stannerhouse Lane and Betchton Road, which is completely submerged. If there is cold weather, ice forms on Betchton Road, which is dangerous. Water rises at the drain in front of the gate at the bottom of Stannerhouse Lane - I understand that previously, other road drains nearby where cleared, which stopped water rising at the drain near the gate, and stopped the flooding. The flooding has also caused part of the adopted road (Stannerhouse Lane) to be washed away, leaving a deep and hidden trench on one side.
