Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6791569.

You have closed Observatory Street for roadworks (good). However, now all that traffic rat runs down side streets like Plantation Road (bad). The west end of Plantation Road is one way and 99% of thus rat running speeds, because it can. Have you taken any measures to mitigate this? I don't see any.
