Audi Parked on Kerb

Since last weekend, Audi has been parked on kerb blocking access to available parking in Wellingborough Road. Parking is limited on the street and is not allocated. It is parked across a couple of spaces blocking access and visibility. I have asked neighbours and we don't know who the vehicle belongs to.
