This vehicle has been in this location and not moved for at least 6 Months. The local bin collection service is now not collecting our bins as they say it is too difficult to get the refuse collection Truck past this van. This also represents a hazard to all users of the road as it obstructs the road and view entering or leaving the road. It also makes reversing out of our house difficult as you can not see any vehicles entering the road. There will be an accident one day.

The Van left unused and in this position is a accident threat to all road users and pedestrians walking down the road. As it has reduced the useable width of the road and its been left on the bend in the entry to and from the road, the view is very reduced and dangerous.
