Damaged slippery wood cover on Mill Avenue (side entrance to 17 Queen Square) 2 seperate slip accients reported of slipping in the last 3 months

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6790272.

The wooden cover is slippery when damp conditions and there is potetential a slimey covering to the wood Pedestrians are slipping. There are no anti slip strips on the cover at present. Accident reports are available upon request. (As I have only been back in practice a few months I am unable to say how long the situation has been causing an issue. that said two reported accidents is two too many Many thaks for your assistance
