The highways drainage ditch is blocked

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6789863.

Please don’t shut this down straight away. The ditch is a hwys asset. (Speak to Stu Giddings if you need to confirm). It needs clearing out. If the water doesn’t flow the silt blocks your highway drains which causes you a bigger issue.
