The alleyway between Abbott Road and Craven Way keeps getting bags of rubbish thrown into it. This is not fair on the residents of the area. I report flytipping on this alleyway a week ago and it was kindly cleared up. Someone has done it again. It needs to be cleaned up and investigated. We also need a bin back in the street. Thank you.
