  • Hi Mr Wintle, As per our conversations and the text I sent today (23.12.2024), this sign is not an OCC asset,. It may well be worth trying SSE who have the power cable running from the footpath to the side of the road where the sign is. They should have details of whoever installed the sign, most likely the original developers.
