Repeat flooding from NetworkRail Drainage Ditch

Repeat flooding from Networkrail Drainage Ditch which spills into Sutherland Beck and Parts of Dart Drive, recently occurred on 24th Sept (25 to 30 properties affected) 24th Nov – near miss as only roadways flooded and again in early hours of 25th Nov again repeat of 25+ properties flooded.

Networkrail has confirmed ownership and stated on local BBC Radio Oxford “told the BBC Radio Oxford that they would start any work required as soon as possible”

Networkrail to advised when works are due to commence, asap may not be soon enough, requires urgent attention before next due heavy rail fall. Note: NR made aware of this on 27th Sept via NR National Helpline.
