Basically the neighbour opposite has parked a trailer outside our houses and my neighbour has a blind son. So the trailer is taking up 2 spaces and now has been outside for 2 weeks. He has a wheel clamp on it so obviously not planning on moving it. We live in a student area so parking is already bad. The family on the end have 7 vehicles so it's already congested and now we have a trailer. Can you please maybe look into this. I want to remain anonymous
