Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6787411.

Outside 39 Easingwold Gardens someone put a cone in the road with sign saying no parking 24hrs access required. There is no drop down kerb. Think someone is illegally trying to reserve a.parking place.
