Bicylcle abandoned

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6786126.

A bicycle with a broken off wheel has been abandoned near to Aldi on horsepath driftway on the cycle path - people could fall over the broken wheel and its an obstruction

    I noticed that the wheel that was broken off the cycle has now disappeared (good start) but the bicycle is still there ? in addition to this I sadly noticed another blue bicycle right next to this one that was reported - it has a bent wheel and is not attached to the railings and hence we can assume that this to is abandoned

    Normal behaviour of careless inconsiderate people rather than thinking it is wrong to leave a bicycle abandoned near a public right of way - lets leave our bicycle there too to keep the other one company - it might be good if both were removed before we get a happy community of abandoned bicycles in this spot ???
