  • The tree has now broken the roof of the building adjacent as it has not been resolved. Please advise of how the owners can claim compensation for damage, loss and repairs etc.

  • If you believe a Council-maintained tree is causing damage to your property you will need to complete a claim form. Bromley currently have a shared Insurance Service with Sutton Council and an online claim form can be completed and submitted via Sutton’s website: https://www.sutton.gov.uk/ w/ insurance-service-claim-information

  • You can clearly see the large tree is on the roof and broken through it and Bromley council know this as myself and others have told you on numerous occasions over the past 4 months yet the only response we get is in progress or your chasing up the contractor yet still nothing done is this what our council tax pays for for you to do absolutely nothing
