Drains need to be cleared - urgently
Reported via desktop in the Blocked Drain / Gully category by Sarah Kearney at 10:20, Tue 26 November 2024
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6785430.
Middleton Stoney Parish Council, would like to report that these drains are cleared as soon as possible due to flooding in this area and four houses have been flooded so badly that residents have had to move out of their houses. There are three drains, in Ardley Road, two opposite the field which takes the water from the gate and culvert which runs off the field. As you can see the water is still sitting in the drain. The other drain is outside the Jersey Arms, which is completely blocked and needs to be cleared straight away as this helps with water that runs down the road.
