Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6784449.

The large cable box on south side of Sussex road near Ashdown road has had a loose front panel for some time. I found it lying on the pavement and propped it back up, but it needs fixing as it's a trip hazard.
