Hi, this is the side wall of my mums house. She is 80. A neighbour dumped some rubbish even though there are 4 large bins 50 yards either way.. I've reported them. Rubbish is still there. She noticed a rat amongst it and it could easily be set on fire. Wheatley Homes referred me back to the council. It is disgusting and a danger. There are addresses on items amongst it and I've asked the housing to come sift through it and fine them. After first neighbour dumped their rubbish, others have took it as fare game to dump theirs and it's piling up.
