Manhole cover severely dropped in newly laid tarmac

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6782063.

New tarmac was laid and one manhole cover and several other pieces of ironworks are left severely below top level if new tarmac making journey very lumpy!
