Household decorating/ building waste, and loose detritus dumped onto green land at the junction of Haworth Close and Kemp Heaton Avenue (what3words address:///salt.relax.assist). Present since at least Thu Nov 21st.

    Original rubbish still there, but now added-to and strewn over a wider area. A Bury council flat-back truck was parked adjacent to it last week, but the employee must have decided it was beyond his remit or means and left it in situ. Happy Christmas, and stay classy, Bury
