Flooded road between Long Hanborougu and Bladon

Huge flooding overing the road, numerous vehicles stuck in the floods also. Water is up to cars windows, road needs to be closed.

Flooding gone down for the moment but you now need a four by four to drive out of Bladon towards Lower Road due tot the amount of mud, grit and sand deposited on the road. The pavement is also dangerous in place as so mud grit and sand on it! How long does it take to investigate? W need actions not words!
