Persistent puddles of water on pavement

On the pavement along Christ Church, The Green, Southgate, over the past 8 weeks or so there have been persistent puddles which mixed with fallen leaves from the trees, makes walking along the pavement very difficult and slippery next to a busy road. The water leaf hazard stretches from outside the church along the pavement almost as far as the Minchenden Oak Garden. The leaves need to be cleared.
