Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6779173.

The drainage is ineffective at the bottom of the 2 hills causing the road to flood from edge to edge, including the footpath, making it nearly impassable by cars and pedestrians are not able to use the pavement. The flooded road is also making it treacherous for cyclists.
