Blocked gullys causing entire road to flood in heavy rain

Heavy rain and several blocked drains and gully's along this entire road cause the road to flood on several places, and even in normal wet weather there is road flooding that occurs. All could do with clearing along with several blocked drains also reported, many just full of soil silt and foliage so not providing any water drainage
