Madre repeatedly flood twin. There are heavy rains or even just normal rains due to several blocks gullies and drains that will not drain any water and appear to be completely full of soil

  • 13 of the 15 drains after the junction, heading into Banbury from the king Sutton junction are all blocked with silt.
