  • Please provide the timescale from identifying the problem and fixing the problem. This road was marked since May 2024 for repair - is it acceptable? Where and how to track the progress if you keep closing the cases? Totally unacceptable service by the Bromley council.

  • Thank you for your update, This issue has been passed to our Major Works department to assess repair required. At present we are unable to provide an estimated start date. We apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused by this matter.
