Sent to Stockport Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6776197.

For years this part of road under railway bridge floods every time it rains and countless cars broke down there. Today 24.11.2024 9am 2 cars broken down in flood. Absolutely incompetent council that can't fix a problem. It's is your responsibility to maintain highway drains and keep road gullies clear. You also have a statutory duty to unblock drains. Motorists who drowned their cars there should come together and sue the council for damages.
