The road is flooding and water is coming up from below causing the footpath and road to sink and it’s getting worse throughout the day, water is coming up through cracks in the road/footpath and washing the tarmac down the road. The footpath is very spongy to walk on in areas where tarmac is still in place.

I action has been taken and the tarmac is weak and crumbling and more washes away with rain.
