The flooding on this pathway stands until it dries up. Pedestrians have to walk out onto to road to pass it. The drain is completely blocked on the road next to it. We have reported this before, as we feel it is dangerous for pedestrians walking out onto this very busy road, with buggy’s, children. This situation has got worse since the road was tarmaced .
