White “request crossing” button stuck in depressed state

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6774681.

Impossible to request a pedestrian crossing from the north east corner of this junction (using the crossing control box outside Central Liverpool PCN Hub) because the white button is stuck in a depressed state.
