Power Court Red light not working

The red light at the entrance to Power Court, across the intersection from the lights at the bottom of Church Street is not working. The amber and green lights and the green left turn arrow are working fine. The left turn arrow is the only indication that it's not your turn to turn right. (see what I did there?)
