Water unable to drain causing crashes

Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6770841.

This water has been unable to drain for over two years. Last year there was a serious RTC involving multiple cars because the water had frozen on the road.

There has been no attempts to rectify the situation. As soon as there is any rain the the water complete fills the southbound side of the road, and also blocks half the northbound lane.
