Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6769301.

This pot hole has been there ages, very dangerous for cyclists and also driving. Cars park on one side of the road,and it makes it difficult not to hit the pothole when passing it. This should be repaired.
