New manhole cover is loose causing noise

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6768783.

The manhole outside 19 Norwich Road Wymondham NR18 0NS has just been replaced in the past 2 weeks. The cover has become loose in the past 3 day and is causing a large amount of noise whenever vehicles drive over it, which is disturbing sleep. My concern is that the noise seems to be getting worse and I worry about safety of vehicles driving over it.
