Dangerous - Car accident risk & danger to children. The road needs gritting with immediate effect - as the road and hill are iced. People have been unable to drive up or down the road safely. Cars have been stranded on either side. Car crash risk - this road leads to the primary school. There is a danger to children. The road needs gritting immediately please.
