Caravan causing obstruction

Sent to Adur District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6765006.

This caravan (amongst many other vehicles parked similarly although not when photo was taken) creates a blind spot for cars coming out of The Crescent, many times I have narrowly missed being hit as I can't see cars coming up Hadirans Avenue. There have been at least 3 collisions in the last year at this junction due to poor visibility.
