Water on road from construction works freezing

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6764864.

Water used by wheel clean/road clean at the site crossing is freezing on the road on this corner. Resulted in loss of control of vehicle at <20mph on 20/11/24. Water also running across new temporary road further towards J14 that freezes, however this is on a straight part of the road, not a corner.
