Both latches on picnic area not working

Reported via desktop in the Park Repairs category by Jennie Randall at 15:41, Wed 20 November 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6764848.

The picnic area at Jubilee Country Park has two gates. The latches on both these gates are faulty (one of them is partially missing) so the gates cannot be closed, thereby allowing access for dogs into an area which is designated dog free. Please can the latches be replaced or repaired.
