Extremely large hole in ground outside house

We are unable to use both the communal parking area and our personal parking area (shown in picture) due to the flooding that occurs when it rains. we also avoid using the communal parking in general due to having to go past the huge hole and risking damage to our car. this is a very big issue for multiple properties and we require it to be fixed as soon as possible please.

28 colwood avenue (we are the house mostly affected due to it being on our driveway, however every house on the street that doesn’t have a driveway has to use this area to park and will be facing the same issue).

It has been a problem for as long as i am aware. i am unaware if anyone has ever reported this over the years.
