The street light is flashing on and off.

This stretch of path is very dark without lighting, the street lamp there is flashing on and off making it harder to see. There is a little curb between the footpath and cycle path which is now covered in leaves so with that and the light flashing you can not see the curb. Whilst out running last night I fell on that stretch of pathway resulting in a twisted ankle and cuts. Luckily we were out as a group and I helped home.
