Road floods every time it rains

The road floods every time it rains and has been like this for at least a year if not longer. All the gullies leading up to the corner and beyond are blocked which is exsapating the issue. When it then freezes it makes the bend extremely dangerous. Like it did last winter with many cars unable to navigate the turn. This should be looked at as a priority as it is a danger to road users.

The road continues to flood with north bound drivers having to cross over to face the oncoming traffic on the bend. This is the 5th time the road has been blocked by flooding this year.

This continues to be incredibly dangerous and drains / gullys need clearing to keep road accessible

The flooding over winter has again caused damage to the road on both sides. The gateways either side of the road have been particularly damaged from all the flood water and from cars avoiding the floods and going onto adjacent track causing it to become very damaged. Please could the gateways on both sides of the road be re-instated.

Feb 13th.
While we had two days last week where the bend was not flooded, it has been mostly flooded this year. At the moment with people driving through, the water has been sloshed onto the verges, so only the northbound lane is flooded. This does cause the northbound drivers to cross over and use the southbound lane (into the oncoming traffic).
Three options
1. Periodically pump the water away 2. Clear the drains (but as this is the lowest point in the area, I cannot see how this would work). 3. Raise the level of the road surface above the level of the fields and ditches 4. Accept the constant flooding and rename the bend “Sheencroft Ford”.
