Flooded with surface water everytime it rains

Drainage outside The Rage/Morissions Filling Station is inadequate, everytime it rains surface water flodding occurs here.

  • Once again today my husband got soaked by a passing car. Since we now have to walk this route to get to the train station there is no avoiding this and it needs to be fixed. It didn't even rain that much last night so there is definitely a fault here with the drainage.
