Outside 104 Kingswood Avenue BR20NP. I have been injured due to absolutely darkness of the pavement. This is because of an over grown tree covering the street light. I request pruning of the tree immediately to ensure effective street lighting. I also seek name of the officials responsible for assessing hazards; as this amounts to deficiency of public service.
