Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6755701.

There’s rubbish all down the even numbered of Harper Road L9 1DP. It’s been there for months and it’s been reported 5 times! Despite being a health matter it’s a safety matter too. Please can this be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.
