Using garden to park without drop kerb

Sent to Stockport Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6754829.

My neighbour has taken on himself to rip out a mature garden to park a second car outside their house. This doesn't have a drop kerb, and car is encroaching on pavement. I don't want to report to police as I think they have enough to do.
