Not reported to council

Cones and traffic signs covering a dropped ironworks in the middle of the road. This now has been like this for a month, I've seen 3 near misses myself with people seeing the obstruction at the last minute causing them to swerve into the oncoming lane. Dangerous and needs fixing and moving asap.
