Very noisy man hole cover

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6753200.

I have reported this nuisance before and told it was the responsibility of Thames Water. There are no TW markings on the manhole cover. However, I reported this to TW on 3 separate occasions but received no response. The problem is driving me mad as it continues throughout with some 150 cars hitting the cover every hour causing a continuous load irritant.
